• No smoking inside the home. • No parties or events. • Follow maximum occupancy guidelines. • Maximum occupancy: 10 • No pets • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM, out of respect for neighbors • Do not dive in the pool. • No glass containers in the pool or hot tub area. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the pool and hot tub. • Please shower before entering the hot tub and secure the cover when not in use
